When I walk in the front door of my home, it feels like it actually hugs me. No matter what’s going on in my life, I step inside and I feel amazing.
That’s the way it’s supposed to be!
We live in a very strange time right now and our home, the place that we’re supposed to feel so secure at sometimes almost feels like a prison and it can be very stressful. I’m curious, if you’re out and about, are you getting stressed a lot? Do you ever come home stressed out after a really tiring day, maybe a day that you just weren’t feeling yourself or a really bad day in general? Perhaps you just feel sad and you don’t know what to do, and things are just going kind
of wonky? Maybe you come home and walk through that door expecting to feel all the BS disappear, but the problem is, it doesn’t disappear. That energy comes in the door with you and then it sits with you. Then it continues to fester, as I call it, and you’re not able to breathe or see past what’s going on, because it’s still with you. This makes it very difficult to find inspired action. Especially if you want to step forward and think, feel and do things differently.
I remember a period of time when that was my experience. I love my home. I lived in another home just like a block away, like six years ago. And I felt depleted all the time in it. Not so great things were always happening. It was one thing after another happening in the space itself. And it just continued on really. It continued until I left the place and when I left, it was a really off situation as well.
I felt like I wa
s pushed out of my home. I remember these feelings and what I dealt with every single day in that space. It was a really difficult time and when I moved into this space, I felt here as well for a bit. I asked myself why is this happening? It’s gotta be something that I’m doing, something that I’m bringing into the space. Then I started shifting things and removing stuff from my home environment.
This got me thinking and I realized that with everything that’s been going on, we never know what’s happening or not happening these days. More than ever, our whole environment really needs to be our sanctuary. It needs to be the place that we come home to, that everything falls off of us, a place that uplifts us and protects us. It must inspire us and allow us to feel secure and confident. Our home should feel like it’s hugging us. When you come into the space, you feel love in your heart and all the other stuff disappears.
How to take that environment when your home isn’t helping you feel peaceful, calm, or inspired, and we are going to figure out how to shift it.
Your surroundings make a difference in how you feel, how you achieve anything in life, and how you step forward in living your dreams.
How you feel in your home environment makes a huge difference. How do you feel when you walk in the door of your home? Is there a lot of stress around you, sadness, perhaps confusion? The list goes on.
I am going to go over ways to shift the energy in your spaces, raise your vibes, and live a much more empowered life. We can’t do that when everything is bringing us down, we have to go up! In today’s blog, I will discuss what you can remove from your environment, how you can start to vibe high, feel at peace, and your energy rising instead of it becoming deflated.
5 Things To Remove From Your Environment to Vibe High and To Have a Sanctuary That Empowers You, Instead of the Prison That Depletes You.
- Remove past energies from your space – There are various ways that you can do this, but the easiest way I found is to cleanse it with Sage and then diffuse cleansing
essential oils around the space. Go through the entire home and Sage everything, clearing out the energy so that the past stays in the past and out of your space. What was there before you moved in, who was there, the experiences, that do not need to attach themselves to you? I can almost guarantee that 99% of everybody moves into a space that they didn’t build. Even if they did, there’s that energy too. So you’re getting other people’s energies. Clean that out, clear that out and get rid of that! Go through every crevice, every corner and clean out the energy, then diffuse specific essential oils that will cleanse out the environment as well. It works fantastically.
- Remove people that are negative, with a victim mentality, bring you down and poopoo your ideas and dreams. People that think small and never cheer you on. – You might not like hearing this, but it’s the truth. Remove people from your environment that are negative, that have a victim mentality, that is bringing you down, that remind you of mistakes and anything that isn’t empowering. Pe
ople that poopoo your ideas and your dreams, that say you can’t do it. “It didn’t work before, nobody else is doing it”. That keeps you small. They think small and they’re putting it on you so never have those people’s energies around you. If they’re not cheering you on to your greatness, then they don’t need to be in your life because you need to surround yourself with people that love you. Negative energy effects, affects, and infects you! It is so important to always look for things that are positive in a situation. If you truly want to live a high vibrational, heart-based life creatively doing what you want, then you have to surround yourself with the right people. People that love you, people that cherish, people that always say yes, and that are excited for you.
- Remove toxic chemicals. Your body & home care products are filled with toxins that vibrate low. – You may not realize how it affects you as an individual, but it also affects your home energy as well.
Questions to ask yourself.
- What do you use in your shower? What’s in your shampoo and body care products?
- What are you cleaning your floor with? You’re walking on that floor, barefooted! Your animals are walking on that floor. Those chemicals, you’re breathing in and so are your pets as well.
- What are you cleaning your laundry with? The residue from that soap is going into your skin, your body because the largest organ we have is our skin.
- What are you rubbing on your skin? It’s depleting your energy. If it’s not plant-based, it needs to go. It does because it’s toxic and because lowers the vibration in your home environment, but it also lowers your personal, physical vibration as well, and can make you sick. The toxins in the environment, the chemicals, vibrate really low, and they bring the overall energy of you and then space down.
I received one of the best compliments I think I’ve ever gotten. I had an Airbnb guest tell me she saw my profile and chose my place because of what it says in the profile. When she arrived, she said to me that she didn’t even want to go see stuff. She said, “Your home is so peaceful and calm, soothing and inspiring. I feel energized just being in it. I don’t need to go see stuff”. When she walked into my space, she felt that positive energy as well and that it uplifted her. That made my heart sing. 
These things that I do make the biggest difference. I’ve gotten rid of every single chemical. My hair care, my body care, my makeup, my dog products, my household cleaners, my laundry. I don’t even use dryer sheets anymore. (that’s another story) I have gone down the rabbit hole on this and I’m so happy I did! I have some PDFs about this and teaching ways to transition to non-toxic cleaning and also about what to look for specifically if you don’t know how to detect it easily. There’s an app as well. You will feel a huge shift when you get rid of using any sort of toxic chemicals.
- Remove the news etc from what you watch on TV, better yet remove TV all together. – News is mostly negative, especially in the morning, but really all day. Any sort of news or negative TV and the energy that comes off the TV is horrendous. News and specific programs are the worst. If it’s not high vibrational, positive or uplifting, you don’t need to watch it. For instance, murder shows, murder mysteries, people dying, anything like that is extremely negative in nature and lowers your vibration. It also attaches itself to the space and you surround yourself with it. That sits in your energy.
As for me, I don’t watch TV at all. I watch a movie from time to time, but no TV at all. I use that time for something more uplifting and positive in my life. If you do like watching TV, at least remove all programs that are negative in nature, and absolutely the news. It’s doing nothing but stressing you out and bringing more of that energy into your life and directing you exactly as they want. Remember, it’s for-profit for a reason! They want to keep you watching. The only way they’re going to keep you watching is to give you negative nasty news. If everything is wonderful, you won’t need to watch it.
- Remove negative music and books – I started doing this and what a difference it made. Books like murder, mysteries, killing people, anything really nasty and derogatory. The same with music. That energy lowers your vibration and it stays in your environment. It must be uplifting and positive or remove it. If it’s not really powerfully uplifting, then it’s bringing down. There’s a lot of fantastic books and music out there. I listen to the most amazing mix from Tony Robbins. It’s awesome. I’ve created my own as well. That’s really uplifting, fun music.
When you take all this out of your environment, the energy itself starts shifting and begins to raise. Causing it to get better and better.

I’m looking out at the ocean right now. Spring has sprung! But that’s not what we’re talking about today. We’re talking about something else, something that I’ve been thinking about for quite a while. And I bet you have thought about it from time to time, as well. Especially when I ask you a couple questions, you’ll figure it out.
Have you ever told someone about something that you really, really wanted to do or that you really wanted badly and then, YA BUTed, it? For instance: I really want to start my own business, but I have no clue what to do or how to start it, or even better… 
I really want to start my own business, but I don’t have any money to start it. And it didn’t work last time or my favorite. This is the one I did for so long “I really want to go to Italy and I want to take Tulli, but I don’t even know where to start or how I would pay for it” OR the best phrase of all “it hasn’t happened yet”. And “I just don’t have time to figure it out”, which is total BS. So I know I’ve said these things to myself, and I’m curious if you have said that as well with something that has meant a lot to you? I feel that we find ways to YA, BUT it, all the time, and then pretty much every single one of these “YA BUTS” continues on. Then we’re 50, 60, 70 years old and we’ve “YA BUTed” it and done nothing about it.
There’s something in our brains that continues this and it makes it seem all right for us because ultimately it is our own ego that in a sense wants to keep us safe. And by doing that, it keeps us small. So it constantly gives excuses of why something can’t happen. So no matter what you want, you add the BUT to the phrase. The second you add the but to the sentence, it negates the whole phrase and that’s what you will get no matter what! So this is where we need to have a mind shift. And what’s really cool is that it’s very easy to do. So today we are going to BREAK FREE. We’ve got to break free, and that’s exactly what we’re going to talk about today.
How do you talk to yourself in general? You know, think about the things that you say to yourself and ask yourself this question.
Would you allow somebody else to talk to you that way? And we end up speaking that mind trash to ourselves over and over again.
How do you talk to yourself about your dreams and your goals that are so near to you? That’s really deep in your heart, your passion, what you want to do with your life, where do you want to go? Where do you want to travel? What do you want to do? We ended up spending so much time being constricted and not doing what we want and making excuses for it. When it’s in our head, it’s a mindset shift. Otherwise, it’s 10, 20, 30 years later and you still haven’t done it.
These excuses then turn into regret. And then your heart hurts because of it. And what’s worse. You haven’t given that gift to the world, which is why you had the idea in the first place. It’s not you, it’s Source coming through you.
If you don’t change your mindset and release the trash talk that’s coming out your mouth, your head, and you’re continuously telling yourself that, it will always be an unfulfilled dream. And that is, as I said, regret. You never want to go through life with regret. You know you want to slide in at the last minute of your life going, “yeah, I’ve done it all!”
I’m going to share with you what you can do to actually get rid of these excuses. The fear that comes with taking those first steps toward your passion and living a fulfilled life with fun, high vibes on your terms.
3 Things to Break Free from these thought patterns.
- No longer argue for your limitations. Let go of the fear. Instead, think “What If?” What if there are no limitations? That is remembering what others believe, what you are told, from past experiences. Anything is possible. It’s all mindset. So no longer argue for your limitations. Think about what can you do? What if, and when you say, “what if”, it opens up a whole new part of the brain that allows for inspiration to start flowing to you and that’s when inspired ideas happen and then you never know what will be the next thing to do. It could be as small as a thought to turn right. And then pretty soon you go right without knowing why and you meet somebody that knows somebody else, the line, and then things just manifest. It happens to me all the time.
Here’s an example of no limitations and allowing inspiration to show up. Tulli, I have to mention her, because she’s so important in my life, but she’s also important in my business and the things that happen, because of her. We go do things, go out for walks and while we were in Italy, it happened all the time. She would want to go a certain direction or stop somewhere and I would connect with the right random person or we would end up touring a palazzo. It was uncanny how often this happened. I just said yes. It happens here too, it just happened two days ago. She wanted to go down into this side area and I said, okay, we’ll do it. Then I met somebody that I hadn’t seen in a while. We had the most amazing conversation and wonderful things came about because of it. So think about these things and listen for the inspiration to show up.
- No longer allow the past to dictate the present and in turn, it no longer holds tight to your future. By always thinking about what happened in the past and how it didn’t work, you manifest it again today and in turn, will continue happening moving forward. What happened yesterday, the experiences from your
past, whether it was illnesses, accidents, even people in your life, it doesn’t matter and those circumstances are not today. Those past situations have nothing to do with this exact moment. You are not the same person today as you were back then. It doesn’t exist today. If you step forward today with that thought, then tomorrow has a chance at being exponentially better and extraordinary and your dream showing up, as well. You can have it, no matter what, it doesn’t matter. Always remember, you can do anything!
- Stop looking at what you don’t have to justify what you want. Really think about that. How many times have you justified some misgiving, to be able to “be worthy” to have what you want? I’ve done this for years and didn’t even realize it. I did it because I felt guilty about what I wanted. Because I didn’t blah blah and these horrible things happened, then I’m justified in having what I want and experiencing a really good life. We do not need to justify what we want in life or good things happening EVER! Stop looking at what you don’t have to justify what you want. You can have it! No longer feel guilty about anything you want. You can have it all, GO BIG, GO BIGGER than you could possibly think, and step into what you want. When you step into that, when you step into what you truly want with your life, own it in the bigness that it is, and in the bigness that you are. Then wondrous things happen.
So you don’t need to justify your life. You don’t need to justify the awesomeness that you are, and you don’t need to justify the awesomeness that’s coming to you or what you have right now, you deserve it. You are worthy. You are awesome. This is so important. You are meant for more.
Never, never to fit someone else’s idea of you, because it has nothing to do with them. It’s none of their business. And most importantly, it’s really just showing you their own ideas of themselves. They want to keep you small because they feel uncomfortable when you get big, go big, always.
RECAP 1. No longer argue for your limitations. Let it go. Let the fear, let all the BS go, and think “what if?” 2. No longer allow the past to step into the
present and in turn, hold tight to your future. What happened yesterday? What happened a week ago? What happened a year ago? It’s not today, and does not hold in this space and doesn’t need to be a part of your life at all. The more you let go and step into the “what ifs,” the more magnificence can happen around you because it can manifest. The law of Allowing – allow goodness to come into your life and remember the law of attraction. What you think about you’re going to get. So let that pass go and be in the moment and just experience life. Remember when you were a child and all the wonderful things that you were so excited about because you had no idea you couldn’t. Be in that space. 3. Stop looking at what you don’t have to justify what you want. You are worthy. You can have it. It’s yours, no need to justify it. Go bigger than big. Think as big as you can possibly think, and then go bigger yet.
“Never shrink to fit somebody else’s idea of you. It’s not their business. Nothing is their business.”
What’s really unique is our mindset causes things to manifest. All our synapses in our brains are attached like pathways, these are thoughts we’ve been thinking, things we’ve been saying to ourselves, what we’ve been doing over and over. It’s like roads, rutted roads that go the same direction. When you can change those roads and go a different direction, you start a new habit, you start a new mindset, you start a new thought and what comes in the mind makes a total difference. So to begin removing the old pathways and building new and improved ones, I use essential oils. I’ve been using them now for many, many years. There are three essential oils that specifically work to release the old mindset to activate the brain synapses in the brain and wake it up. This allows you to put in a new positive mindset and bring in the highest, most possible potential that you can think and do and that you can achieve.
These oils I use are Release, Brain Power, and Highest Potential.
I use these all the time. What’s interesting is that there’s an actual practice that you can do using the oils to work through the old thought patterns, figure out where the thoughts came from, go in and replace them with new, empowering thoughts that serve you. This practice is called the Memory Release Technique. *Ask me about these oils and the technique and I will email it to you.
What do you “YA BUT? The more you are aware the more you start noticing these entrained thought processes and get off the mental cruise control and begin to change it. Nothing’s ever going to change on its own. We have to change this and it starts with us now!
We must vibrate higher and change the way we look at things so that we can have the life that we want, that we desire. We can’t do that by just making a BS excuse and living the same way, we have to change it. *The best way is to start. Take the first step, believe in yourself, love yourself, and know that you’re worth it. You can do anything you want. Anything is possible.*

Dreams and goals come in so many different shapes and sizes – none are ever the same. But when it comes to achieving those goals and making those dreams a reality, there are some similarities. While you’re dream destinations vary to others, there are things that must be done by everybody to make YOUR dream reality.
If you were to meet somebody who has achieved everything you want to and ask them how they did it – chances are they’d say it took time, patience, hard work, and consistency. Each of these is so powerful in achieving anything.
In order to make it, you have to be willing to put in the work every single day – without question or excuse. But what exactly do you need to do every day? That largely depends on your dream and ultimate destination. But a great place to start is at the end.
As a whole, your dream seems huge and feel almost impossible, like trying to climb a mountain. But when split into pieces, you work it on bit by bit every day. It starts not only to appear more achievable but actually will be. By placing yourself at the finish line, you do 2 things. You see yourself as already completed your dream and you start to envision each step you need to take to get there.
Then start to work backwards towards the first step, and then the next, and the next. Don’t try to climb the mountain in one go or eat an elephant in one bite. Take things in stages and reward yourself for every step you take.
When life is perceived to be hard and busy, you might be tempted to not work on your next step for a day. As tempting as tha
t may be, you have to keep working towards your dreams, towards that summit. It doesn’t have to be huge progress every day, but it has to be something. By stopping, you risk getting into a habit of stopping again and again, and before you know it, you’re starting to slide back down that mountain.
As part of your day to day actions, you should also look at your finances and your dream finances as well. In my group, Limitless Creatives, I share a great expenses calculator from the 4 Hour Workweek by Tim Ferris. Use it the first time to determine the current expenses for you to have your dream. Then use it a second time to determine where you want your expenses to be to manifest your goal. Then use that as a basis of determining actions you need to take to align your finances with your dreams.
A big barrier that many face when reaching toward their dreams is knowing what is needed financially to achieve your end all be all. The work needed to finance the current lifestyle restricts the progress they can make each day. So knowing what is needed to achieve your goal + current circumstances is key. On many occasions, even the most determined dreamers are forced to give up on their dreams and instead focus on making a living every day. This is a bad place to be. By knowing in advance what you need, you can find a way to make it happen. There are ways to do this.
Even adding in a home-business for the extra income for the overall picture is worth it as it brings you closer to your dream and to Total Freedom with residual income along the way. Also, no matter what your history, no matter what your education and no matter what your occupation is, you possess knowledge. This is knowledge that people out in the world right now would happily pay to have. You’ve overcome obstacles and problems that people face every day.
By creating a digital course, you’ll not only be able to help people but also earn a consistent income over time. Once the course has been created, you can start earning whilst having to put in much other work. The course will finance your life and leave you with the time and energy to take steps every single day towards your dreams.

Dreams and goals are not achieved overnight. Those who have the lives and lifestyles that we seek don’t just suddenly end up with them – as much as it may seem that way. There is much to be done to take ourselves from where we are today to where we want to be. Are you prepared for the journey? It’s not for the faint of heart. Are you ready to grow YOU into the person that can have your dream?
Discovering ourselves and what we truly want is only the first step towards fulfillment. Next, we must grow, shape, and mold ourselves into the person that can actually achieve our dreams.
Growth of our minds and our mindset, as well as spiritual growth, can only be achieved through the power of consistency. We must engage and be dedicated to growth every single day. Doing affirmations throughout the day, reading every single morning and learning something new every single day. These don’t need to take a long time (reading 20 minutes daily will finish a book quicker than you think), but the action of doing them consistently will lead to true growth.
Listening to Solfeggio Frequencies in the background while you’re working, out for a walk, or even in your sleep, will make a huge difference too in letting go of what no-longer is serving you and draw what will to you. When I was letting go of a lot of difficulties, I listened to them regularly. Even now, I listen to specific ones will I sleep. Keep a journal that records all of your ideas, daily actions for growth and develop you. Be open to trying new things that have helped grow people you know. Find an accountability partner who also wants to grow and develop and hold each other accountable for daily actions. This is great because you can talk about your discoveries together and support each other

One habit you need to start is looking out for negative habits – things that you’ve done for a long time that has been unknowingly harming your growth.
The combination of forming lots of good habits, while also cutting away bad habits, will grow you into the person you need to be to truly discover yourself, and achieve the dreams and the fulfillment that comes with it. It will take time, and it won’t always be easy, but by committing to your growth TODAY and following it through day after day, no matter what, you’ll succeed and achieve what you desire.

We all want different things from and in our lives. But getting what we want isn’t as straightforward as it may first seem. We must first take ourselves down a journey of discovery to discover truly what it is that we want deep within our souls.
If somebody were to ask you what it is you wanted, you would probably be able to give a clear, concise, and confident answer. But that answer, what you believe you want, isn’t always the case.
Internal and external factors, including responsibilities, demands, and pressure, can mask what we truly want in life. This is why when so many people achieve what they’ve been after their entire lives, they’re not as happy as they expected to be. They hadn’t truly gotten what they wanted.
By taking yourself down the journey of discovery, you’ll force yourself to get real – not with others, but with yourself. Deep down, you know who you want to be, what you want to do, and what you want to have.

Fear can be a critical roadblock that stands in the way of people discovering what it is they truly want. It’s important to be fearless during this process, and focus on what YOU WANT, what you FEEL and what you DESIRE. Don’t think of the consequences or possibilities that may stem from you getting all that you want.
You must be able to find your voice in a room of voices and listen to yours and yours alone. Other voices only cloud and influence what you believe you want and will stop you from being the person you actually want to be.
A great exercise is to write down everything you enjoy doing. As you write each thing down, start to think about what it is you enjoy about it – who do you become from doing those activities. Dig deep and be patient with yourself as you start to draw a true picture.
To help you really delve into your mind and discover the true you, ask yourself a question:
“If I had three wishes, what would I wish for?”
In that situation, you’d have the power to have anything – but only three things. Build on your initial thoughts when you ask yourself that question, and they’ll help lead you to discover the true answers.

We can be so swept up in our own lives & creative journey that we sometimes forget to stop and think of others. Whether you believe it or not, you will have achieved things and overcome obstacles that others just can’t – not without your help!
By being focused on finding ways to help people, you’ll soon discover so many people who would truly benefit from a bit of your time & knowledge. Embrace these opportunities to really pay things forward and give back to the world. Teaching others doesn’t mean you have to be in a classroom setting. Even just sharing your story will provide people with golden nuggets of valuable advice, ideas & inspiration. 
Everybody has the potential to become a leader and a great example to others who have lost their way. Think back to times where you had lost your way, and who came to your aid or served as a great example or inspiration.
Giving back is the truest way to achieve fulfillment in your life. You can do this both privately in your family & friend circles, as well as your professional life. Do you have colleagues or peers who are perhaps a few years behind you who you could support? They don’t even have to be on your team or in your business. Nor do you just have to help them professionally and with regards to work. If they have struggles in their personal life, you will surely be able to offer some words of advice & wisdom to ease them on their journey.
If you’re self-employed and serve customers & clients directly, you can help them too! Think of ways you can give further value beyond that which they pay for. Again, this can be professionally or personally. Your income is a direct result of the value you give to others. The more solid I became in ME and in FInding My Voice, the more I notice I want to give and help others. My heart overflows with the thought of changing lives for the better. What can you imagine doing? How would you like to implement change or transform another’s life?
It’s often talked about that people should learn from experts who have achieved what they want to achieve. We are all experts at something and we can share those experiences with others.
In addition to your experiences & knowledge, you can also help others with your time & money. Give back by volunteering your time with local charities or by donating money. Organizing or taking part in fundraisers is another great way of achieving fulfillment too.
